At Kerachakra, customer satisfaction is important to us. Since our products are freshly prepared food items, refunds and returns are handled carefully to maintain hygiene and quality standards.

1 Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled within a limited time after placing the order, before shipment processing begins. Once the order is packed or shipped, cancellation may not be possible.

To request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number.

2 Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be provided in the following situations:

  • ✓ Wrong product was delivered
  • ✓ Product arrived damaged
  • ✓ Package was tampered with during delivery
  • ✓ Order could not be delivered due to our error

To request a refund, customers must contact us within 24 hours of delivery with:

  • Order number
  • Photos or videos of the product
  • Description of the issue

3 Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will generally not be issued for:

  • ✗ Change of taste preference
  • ✗ Minor packaging variations (natural for fresh products)
  • ✗ Delays caused by courier partners
  • ✗ Incorrect shipping address provided by the customer

4 Refund Process

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

5 Replacement Policy

In eligible cases, we may offer one of the following at our discretion:

  • Product replacement with the correct item
  • Store credit for future orders
  • Partial or full refund

The resolution offered will be based on the nature and severity of the issue.
